Stellar Escape is made for bigger crews who want plenty of space, plenty to do onboard and a top deck that will probably get used more than the lounge.
There are six bedrooms, with five queen rooms and one bunk room. Four of the queen beds can also split into singles, so it’s easy to set up for families, couples or mixed groups.
Inside, there’s a large stainless-steel kitchen, walk-in pantry, 12-seat dining table and a 9-seat leather lounge with electric recliners. It feels more like a proper holiday house than something you’d expect to be floating down the Murray.
Upstairs is where Stellar really stands out. There’s a 10-person heated spa, wine fridge, ice maker, bar, dining for 10, sun lounges, a 60-inch Smart TV with soundbar and a second steering station.
Downstairs, there’s another BBQ and a big rear swim deck with ladder access straight into the river.
If the weather turns ordinary, there’s still plenty to do. Starlink internet, Smart TVs throughout, zoned Bluetooth and Wi-Fi audio, pool table, table tennis, air hockey, board games and streaming support are all onboard.
Power is fully off-grid, with 61kWh of lithium battery storage, 15.3kW of solar and an 11kVA auto-start backup generator.
Stellar Escape is a good fit if you want a bigger boat, a flexible sleeping setup and enough onboard entertainment that nobody needs to start arguing about what to do after dinner.
